Growth marketer needed to help grow saas company

LocalPersonas just launched and is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to help execute and scale inbound marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can independently manage campaigns, implement growth strategies, analyze results, and drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid social, organic social, partnerships, and lead generation

• Identify growth opportunities and implement tactics to increase traffic, leads, conversions, and customer acquisition

• Manage and optimize marketing funnels and automation workflows

• Coordinate content publishing, landing pages, email campaigns, and CRM workflows

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting with actionable insights

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities

• Test and iterate on marketing strategies using data-driven decision making

• Work quickly and efficiently without requiring constant oversight

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing saas companies through inbound marketing and growth marketing strategies

• Demonstrated track record with measurable results

• Strong execution skills, this is not a strategy-only role

• Experience with SEO, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, conversion optimization, and analytics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
