Growth Operations Manager, Outbound, CRM & Sales Automation
- Job Description:
- Build and scale our AI-powered outbound engine for two brands
- Responsible for end-to-end campaigns (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
- Generate a steady stream of qualified leads by intelligently combining AI and automation tools
- Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
- Translate sales goals into automated software processes
- Requirements:
- Experience in growth, RevOps, or outbound marketing
- Proven track record with end-to-end outbound campaigns
- In-depth understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
- User insight and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
- Data-driven, proactive, and confident in working with automation and AI
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
