Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to process child support payments in the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures


• Possess strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy


• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data


• Work independently and as part of a team with limited direction


• Maintain flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field


• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Must reside in the state of Ohio


• Ability to pass a data entry assessment
