Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Digital Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Balance of Nature. As a key member of our remote customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including chat and text. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.


• Assist customers with setting up new accounts, resolving issues, and placing orders.


• Collaborate with the New Sales Team to convert leads into sales and provide exceptional customer support.


• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.


• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to multitask, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.


• Proficiency in typing (50+ wpm) and basic computer skills.


• Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.

• Competitive hourly rate of $15/hour, plus commissions.
