Job Description:
As a Part-Time Education Consultant, you'll play a vital role in facilitating high-quality Professional Development and consulting services to educational stakeholders. Your expertise will promote best practices with Renaissance solutions, ensuring customer success and driving student growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote professional learning for new and current users of Renaissance products to ensure customer success
- Utilize adult learning strategies to facilitate engaging, personalized, professional learning on best practices for product usage
- Guide educators in using data to accelerate student learning
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including teachers and administrators
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Classroom and/or educational administrative experience
- Superb consultative, facilitative, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities at all levels within the school system
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Renaissance Solutions (Freckle, myON, Star 360, Accelerated Reader, myIGDI’s, or Schoolzilla)
- Bilingual/Biliterate in English and Spanish
- Planning and delivering professional learning
- Early childhood education
- Dual Language Programming
