Join our team as a Senior Enterprise Data Strategist and drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, strategy, and leadership. As a key member of our data team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs


• Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security


• Mentor and lead junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and strategy


• Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of data management tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and data cataloging and lineage tools


• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and data engineers


• Conduct root-cause analysis of defects and triage issues to relevant teams for resolution


• Understand and adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years related experience


• Experience pulling data from Structured Query Language (SQL) platforms and completing user acceptance testing for data products


• Basic knowledge of data management and data cataloging and lineage tools


• Experience querying data that has been modeled in various techniques, e.g., slowly changing dimensions vs snapshots, key-value pairs vs normalized vs wide-table formats etc.


• Experience developing source-to-target mappings in various data delivery patterns, e.g., full data loads vs CDC (change data capture) formats

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a member of an Agile Team and leading/mentoring team members on all analyst activities


• Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge of assigned domain products, systems, and workflows


• Data classification and privacy experience and knowledge of statistic, data science techniques and tools


• Experience using Data Governance Tools
