As a critical member of our front end team, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service, operating registers, and supporting members through the self-checkout experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and resolving issues
- Operate registers and support members through the self-checkout experience
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Smile, greet, and thank members to create a positive experience
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while prioritizing member satisfaction
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately
