- Responsibilities
- Develops, conducts and evaluates health education programs.
- Researches, develops, designs and/or writes health education materials.
- Develops, conducts and advises related support groups.
- Develops and implements health education courses; conducts outreach programs.
- Coordinates publicity for programs, events, and related activities.
- May facilitate projects or activities related to attaining or maintaining accreditation.
- Develops and maintains information concerning services pertaining to health education and health concerns.
- May conduct or participate in research projects related to health issues.
- Provides skill training related to health issues.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education or a related field and two years of experience in an area related to health education, OR a combination of education, training and experience.
- This role requires residency in the state of GA.
- Nice-to-haves
- Prior directly related work experience with delivering health education on end stage kidney disease, and personal experience with end stage kidney disease.
