• *Role Overview**

One of our clients, a leading AI research organization, is building and refining advanced conversational AI systems used across a wide range of everyday and professional scenarios. This role focuses on evaluating and improving how large language models (LLMs) respond in general chat settings. You will review model-generated responses, provide structured human feedback, and help ensure AI systems communicate accurately, clearly, and in alignment with human expectations in both English and Hebrew.
• *Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and completeness
• Perform fact-checking using trusted public sources and external tools
• Annotate responses by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and factual errors
• Assess clarity, reasoning quality, tone, and conversational appropriateness
• Ensure outputs follow established system guidelines and conversational standards
• Apply consistent evaluation criteria using detailed rubrics and benchmarks
• *Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Native or near-native (C2 / ILR 5) proficiency in Hebrew and fluent English
• Strong experience using large language models and understanding how people interact with them
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work across a wide range of topics and content types
• Strong college-level mathematics and logical reasoning skills
• *Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with RLHF, AI model evaluation, or data annotation
• Background in research, policy, linguistics, analytics, engineering, or similar analytical fields
• Experience writing, editing, or comparing multiple content outputs using structured criteria
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, scoring systems, or quality benchmarks
