We’re seeking a low-commitment, consulting-only MD/DO to join Health Optimization Treatment (HOT Clinic) as a Collaborating Physician.
What to Expect:
Approximately less than 1 hour/month
Currently ~5–8 charts/month, including approximately controlled substance cases.
Oversight will scale proportionally with patient volume. Additional compensation can be discussed if chart review volume consistently exceeds 15–20/month.
- Oversight scope includes protocol-based care across:
- Hormone therapy (TRT/HRT)
- Peptides
- IV vitamin and hydration protocols
- Aesthetic services
- Weight loss programs
- Non-opioid addiction recovery maintenance (ex: NAD+, NAC, genetic testing for customized support)
- Functional medicine, diagnostic labs, and genetic testing
No patient interaction or prescribing required
Malpractice coverage handled by NP
All services are protocol-based, with NP handling all patient care and documentation.
No patient care, no prescribing, fully remote
$500/month flat rate | Malpractice handled by NP
