Role Description

This role provides a unique opportunity for a dedicated attorney to manage a substantial caseload in creditors' rights, thereby making a significant impact on the legal arena.
• Become a key member handling a significant volume of cases within creditor's rights.
• Navigate issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
• Handle court appearances and potentially travel around the state for hearings.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Foster relationships within the industry to enhance firm repute.

Qualifications
• Member in good standing of the Virgin Island Bar.
• Newly licensed attorneys and those with 5+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Appellate experience and familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive in developing client relationships and industry presence.
