This is a field-first sales opportunity for individuals who are energized by being out in the market, building relationships face-to-face, walking into practices, attending local events, developing referral networks, and creating trust with healthcare decision-makers.

- What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect qualified medical practices, provider groups, and healthcare businesses within your local market
- Spend meaningful time in the field visiting practices, building relationships, and creating local market presence
- Conduct outreach to practice owners, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
- Start conversations around Ucardia's practice solutions, market fit, and value to both the practice and patient experience
- Build relationships through local networking, referrals, in-person visits, community connections, and virtual outreach
- Introduce Ucardia's platform and clearly communicate its value to prospective practices
- Qualify opportunities based on practice type, needs, timing, and decision-making authority
- Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices
- Represent Ucardia professionally in-market and help build local brand awareness
- Qualifications
- A self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial drive
- Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism
- Comfort building relationships in-person, virtually, and through local networks
- Confidence engaging with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Willingness to be active in the field and create opportunities through face-to-face relationship building

Compensation

Expected earnings potential: $75,000–$300,000+ annually, based on performance, deal volume, and closed revenue.
