Role Description
- This role involves reviewing and correcting transcribed emergency calls.
- Comfort working with challenging material, as some audio may contain sensitive or distressing content
- Proofreading the English translation of transcripts
- Access to our platform along with transcription and translation conventions and task guidelines
- Transcripts and translations will be reviewed for quality and adherence to guidelines
- Qualifications
- Native speaker of Spanish as spoken in the United States
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Currently residing in the US for at least 3 years, or has recently lived in the US for at least 5 years
- Proven experience in speech transcription, particularly for challenging audio
- Proven experience with transcription tools
- Quality-focused with close attention to detail
- Ability to follow guidelines and work independently
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Availability of 5-6 hours/week for 6-8 weeks
- Requirements
