Role Description
- This role involves leading content marketing efforts to enhance brand engagement and industry insights.
- Build and lead our content marketing, blending creativity with insights to grow engagement with our audience.
- Lead and host our podcast episodes, strategy, and distribution.
- Lead the creation and promotion of our data benchmarks and insights reports, in collaboration with the Data Science team.
- Lead social media publishing and engagement.
- Oversee the Marketing design process and brand cohesion, including overseeing the design agency we use.
- Run other content programs such as website bundles of our top resources by topic, customer webinars, branded emails for campaigns and newsletters, and client awards.
- Prep HST speakers at conferences and help prepare their presentations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience building a content engine that grew audience engagement, brand, and pipeline.
- Understanding of Chris Walker’s, Dave Gerhardt’s, and April Dunford’s marketing philosophies.
- Worked closely with executives and industry leaders to turn insights into compelling content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Hosted a podcast or video series.
- Preferred: AI fluency to accelerate content creation and insights.
