Role Description
- The Senior Customer Experience and Analytics (CXA) Loyalty Systems Analyst delivers on our Purpose by supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions for Southwest’s loyalty program.
- Conduct audits to support compliance efforts
- Investigate account and promotion issues
- Assist with requests from internal and external auditors
- Support technology projects relating to the loyalty program
- Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and Technology team members
- Support various cross-functional Teams to define and develop campaigns
- Investigate, research, diagnose, and test technology defects
- Perform various audits to support SOX, external auditors, and Internal Audit investigations
- Assist cross-functional Teams to deliver projects and services on time
- Serve as a trusted resource to assist Employees and other departments
- Apply business solutions with broad level knowledge about Loyalty system
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Complete assigned and project tasks with minimal direction
- Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced-level experience in Loyalty Marketing Administration or Technology
- Expansive and far-reaching knowledge in Siebel Loyalty Administration
- Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services
- Advanced knowledge of loyalty programs
- Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a strong customer service/team-oriented environment
- Ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
- Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate ideas and strategies
- Ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong
