HR Advisor (Tier 1 Support), remote: Thurs.-Mon. Weekend Schedule Consultant
About the position
- The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. In this role, you join a high energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs.
- tProvide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
- tDeliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives
- tContribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
- tPartner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
- tDeliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work
- tCoach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications
- Responsibilities

- Requirements
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
- Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
- Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
- Continuous improvement mind-set
- Comfortable with heavy use of technology
- Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime
