HR Coordinator - Contractor
About the position
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations at Allia Health. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assist with onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, and administrative support for HR initiatives and programs. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.
- Responsibilities
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation.
- Perform timely and accurate HR data entry, including data and pay rate changes, in ADP Workforce Now
- Prepare HR Memos
- Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations and guidelines
- Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and or Business Administration, or 5 years of experience working in an HR Role in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Intermediate knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Nice-to-haves
- Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, BambooHR, Workday)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Experience with ADP SASS
