Responsibilities
As a C++ Developer with Python expertise, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and delivering complex software systems using C++ and Python
- Leading and guiding a team of developers in coding efforts for distributed control systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Refactoring code for performance and scalability in complex multi-processor distributed control systems
- Developing and maintaining unit tests and ensuring high-quality code delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of BS in Computer Science or a related field (MS or Ph.D. a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical development roles
- Strong experience with C++ and Python programming languages
- Experience with socket programming, OS configuration, and BSP configuration
- Experience with multi-threaded application development, unit testing, and Linux-based development environments
Nice to Have
Additional experience with the following technologies is a plus:
- freeRTOS, Embedded Linux customization, SoC platform, CPU performance monitoring
- gtest, gmock, tftpboot, test-driven development, ARM architecture, JTAG programming, Xilinx SoC platform
