About the position

The Executive Assistant for Supply Chain - Inventory and Supplier Performance Management plays a crucial role in supporting the Vice President and other senior leaders by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations within the department. This hybrid position requires a proactive approach to calendar management, travel logistics, and project participation, all while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities
  • Manage the leader's time through strategic and proactive calendar management and scheduling.

  • Serve as a thought partner to the leader by anticipating challenges and proactively driving recommendations for solutions and process improvements.
  • ,
  • Create team meeting agendas and facilitate meeting logistics, ensuring that meetings are kept on track.
  • ,
  • Manage business travel logistics and ensure the leader has necessary documentation for travel (domestic and international).
  • ,
  • Manage multiple electronic documents including composing, modifying, proofreading, or disseminating items such as memos, reports, and presentations.

  • Co-manage department's Teams and/or SharePoint sites.

  • Maintain department supplies and manage associated budget; may own other department specific processes or activities.

  • Participate in and lead relevant department projects.

  • Support the onboarding and departure process for department team members.
    Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior management or C-Suite leaders.
  • ,
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software as needed.

  • An anticipatory approach, and experience managing complex administrative details.
  • ,
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters.

  • Detailed knowledge of business operations and relationships at top management levels.
