Configure IBM Verify as an Identity Provider

Configure IBM Verify tenant and ensure it is accessible

Register the application in IBM Verify for which it will act as an IdP

Configure the OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider

Configure scopes and claims to be returned in the ID token

Export the OIDC metadata (issuer, JWKS URI, endpoints)

Set up attribute mapping and user filters if necessary

Register the relying party

Configure token signing and encryption

Configure SSO for Azure AD B2C as the Relying Party

Register IBM Verify as an eternal IdP in Azure AD B2C

Use custom policies or user flows for the sign on journey

Map claims from the IdP to Azure AD B2C user claims

Configure the token endpoint authentication method

Test SSO across applications integrated with B2C
