• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts
• Requesting and distributing internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department
• Answering phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes
• Managing workflow, processing, and completing all requests and documents according to established procedures
• Collaborating with management and co-workers in a friendly team environment
• Participating in training, team meetings, and meetings with management, which may require camera usage

• *Key to Success**

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask
• A high level of accuracy in data entry skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers
• Proficiency in working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing the claim over the phone
• Automotive Service Department experience is preferred, but not required

• *Language Requirements**

Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
