- *The Role: Customer Service Advisor**
As a Customer Service Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers' orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
- Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and sales data
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Producing weekly reports to analyze customer trends and identify areas for improvement
- Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure seamless execution of orders
- *What We Offer**
In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive:
- A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

- *What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
- Experience in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
- Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
