As a Customer Support Advisor at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Engage with customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support
  • Troubleshoot straightforward and complex customer issues, escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed support to our customers
  • Collaborate with teammates to learn and improve ways of working together, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance customer support
  • Achieve set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify system issues and communicate with our Product Operations team to resolve them promptly
  • Identify non-standard customer experiences and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
  • *Who We're Looking For**
  • Must be available for a consistent daily shift for a schedule of 40 hours a week, with weekend and holiday coverage when our customers need us
  • To be eligible for this role, you will need to live in one of the following states: Colorado, Oregon, or Washington
  • 1+ years of experience assisting customers through chat and email support, with strengths in grammar and spelling
  • Strong reading comprehension to help identify the cause of a problem
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote role
  • Capable of managing ambiguity and adapting to change
  • Previous customer support experience is a bonus
  • A quiet, distraction-free work space within a dedicated room, with a door that can be shut, an ergonomic chair, and a desk

$48,000 - $56,000 USD

The hourly rate for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location, among other factors.
