As a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to careerzynith members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to schedule doctor appointments, assist with Health Needs Screenings, and facilitate payments to become eligible for enhanced benefits
  • Receiving inbound calls from members and addressing their concerns, questions, and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating members on enhanced services, recommending preferred providers, and influencing them to take advantage of additional benefits available
  • Identifying and overcoming barriers to help members complete needed health screenings, obtain necessary services, or make payments to secure enhanced benefits
  • Reviewing member profiles to identify areas of opportunity, including additional benefits and eligibility for enhanced services
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure department and company goals are met and exceeded
  • Analyzing data for call reports to make adjustments to the call approach and optimize results
  • Serving as a secondary resource for the Member Services or Provider Services call centers
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
