This position will begin either December 4, 2023 or January 1, 2024 depending upon availability.
Sacred Heart School in Bellevue is seeking a full-time religion teacher to join our middle school team at the end of the calendar year. The religion teacher will teach the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade religion classes and a 6th grade homeroom class. The middle school religion teacher also coordinates school masses and confessions, service projects, and retreats in addition to leading the student faith commission. Candidates for this position must be an active, practicing Catholic. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Catholic theology, religion, catechetics, or youth ministry along with three or more years of classroom teaching experience. Applicants should be interested in working as part of an educational team, comfortable using educational technology to enhance instruction, and able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. A teaching certification is a plus.
This position will begin either December 4, 2023 or January 1, 2024 depending upon availability.

Salary: The salary range for this position is from $53,000-$98,000. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
