Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Identify new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines
Skills
- RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO
- Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Fluent in Tagalog Preferred
- Experience with Applied Rating, Acturis, and insurance portals is a plus
