The role:
Insurance coverage litigation and advisory work
Exposure to complex third-party coverage matters
Mix of litigation and strategic advisory work across state and federal courts
What they’re looking for:
3–6 years’ experience (flexible for strong 1–2 year candidates)
Background in insurance coverage (litigation and/or advisory)
California Bar admission required
Experience in state and federal litigation
Compensation & benefits:
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000
1800 billable target
Bonus structure tied to performance (up to ~4% of salary, paid semi-annually)
