About the position

Drive process improvements and efficiencies across billing and revenue operations
Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Lead revenue assurance efforts and support ongoing clean-up initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local billing regulations
Develop and coach the billing team to adopt new systems and best practices
Collaborate with leadership to present insights and recommendations for scalable improvements
Support technology integrations and billing system upgrades

8+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or related areas in a tech or software environment
Proven experience leading transformation and process improvement in billing/revenue operations
Hands-on expertise with billing systems; SFDC CPQ and RevPro/RevRight experience is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, operational mindset
