Position Summary

The purpose of this internship is to assist the Contract Marketing team in a number of projects and to provide a learning platform in a business setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with contract administration and maintenance activities within contracting systems

Support the preparation and organization of customer agreements, Letters of Agreement (LOAs), and related documentation

Assist with gathering and organizing data for contract reporting and analysis

Support responses to requests from Field Sales and internal business partners

Assist with monitoring contract expirations and maintaining tracking tools

Participate in process improvement and special project activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service

Participate in intern class activities

Work on special projects as assigned

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management and cross functional team members

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks

Ability to take work direction as a learning opportunity

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Enrolled in an accredited college program

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma required

Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
