Start Date: As soon as possibleTime: 6 hours/day, 3/4 time, for 3 months with the possibility of extending the cooperationWork mode: Remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)Contract & Compensation: Mandate Contract & 4300 PLN/month bruttoWe do not expect experience or in-depth knowledge of testing. We are looking for someone who:Is curious and thinks critically: always looks for shortcomings and asks questions like “what would happen if...”,Likes to ask questions about why things are the way they are,Can describe things clearly: You can document your findings in an understandable way so that others (developers, Product Owners) can easily understand them,Has a strong interest in manual testing and quality assurance within the development process, not programmingRequirements:Strong collaboration skills - you will work closely with the team on a daily basisBasic knowledge in manual testing and learning QA processes (non-commercial/personal projects)Interest and willing to learn about software development and testingOpenness to AI & automations toolsGood organization, but without fear of chaosGood knowledge of English (minimum B2) and excellent knowledge of Polish (minimum C1)Bonus points for: ISTQB knowledgeYou have a student statusYour future tasks and duties:Close cooperation with experienced QAAssistance in designing tests and implementing web applications for external clientsAssist in manual testing, bug reportingWorking closely with Developers, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high qualityFocusing on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testingRecruitment Process:CV ReviewSoft-skills interview with our Recruiter (30min)Technical task Technical interview with our Specialists (45min) - includes live task reviewDecision and feedback Perks & Benefits:Paid 3-month internship and mentoringOption to extend the cooperationOpportunity to grow into a Junior Quality Assurance roleRegular feedback, support, and real learning opportunitiesAccess to internal Tech TalksNo commercial experience?
