Investment Transaction Producer

Open View Brokerage is seeking a commission-based Investment Transaction Producer to manage qualified M&A opportunities and identify consulting/advisory engagements from intake through close.

This role is responsible for verifying incoming deals, reviewing financials, confirming seller readiness, and developing transaction strategy, including valuation, deal structure, buyer/lender positioning, and risk assessment. In parallel, you will identify opportunities to provide advisory and consulting services to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Investment Transaction Producer will manage buyer and lender engagement, oversee NDA execution, control CIM distribution, coordinate financial review, prepare for site tours, collect and evaluate IOIs, negotiate LOIs, and support due diligence through closing. You will also assess where Open View Brokerage can add value beyond the transaction, including strategic advisory, operational consulting, and capital structuring support.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong analytical ability, communication skills, negotiation discipline, and transaction execution experience.
