Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Working with financial data from across planning, accounting, invoicing, and payments to build models and drive business insights
- Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data
- Acting as a subject matter expert for data quality issues and resolving them
- Building ETL pipelines and using workflow management tools like Airflow
- Testing and validating code changes made in our datasets
- Preparing written reports, presentations, infographics, and other data visualization materials
Requirements:
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Financial Data Analyst
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, BI, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience working in the finance industry and familiarity with common financial reporting metrics
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, queries, and macros
- Strong SQL skills and ability to build and run complex queries across multiple data sources
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Sigma, or R
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a keen eye for data quality
- Excellent organizational, communication (verbal and written English), and interpersonal skills
