Job Summary:


Join our team as a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our delivery stations. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely package delivery. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!





Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Uphold company values and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner.

  • Compose grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues.

  • Approach problems logically and make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer.

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role.





Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.

  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.





Nice-to-Haves:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.

  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
