Job Title: General Merchandise Expert - 6am Inbound Stocking
Job Description:
Join our team as a General Merchandise Expert, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests and ensuring the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and providing excellent customer service
- Ensure the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests, and maintain backroom and fixture room organization
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, including processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide support for guest services, such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others
