We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge communication solutions for frontline workers. This is a full-time, remote-friendly opportunity with a competitive salary of $28-$35/hour, based in Redmond, USA. As a Principal PM Manager, you will be responsible for establishing vision, delivering outstanding experiences, and leading a team of talented professionals.

Job Description:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing start-to-finish product experiences that enable seamless situations for our clients


• Collaborating across disciplines to influence and shape feature projects


• Delivering product features and communicating product roadmap and status to partner teams, field partners, and clients


• Working across disciplines to ensure the execution of strategy and product delivery


• Representing Microsoft at key industry events and executive client meetings


• Partnering directly with key client accounts and account teams to close and grow M365 businesses


• Building and developing a motivated, diverse, and ethical team

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree and 8+ years of experience in product management, delivering multiple products


• 5+ years of experience working in UX/UI spaces


• 2+ years of experience as a manager or team lead, coaching and developing others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and coordinate resources toward achieving a shared goal


• Experience working across a range of teams, both technical and non-technical
