Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our team at MedWatch LLC. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.   • Compensation: Competitive salary ($16.00 - $18.00 per hour)

Requirements:


  • Minimum high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred

  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role

  • Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred

  • Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

  • Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, provider organizations, and networks

  • Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates and ability to negotiate rate structures

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards

  • Negotiate with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out-of-network providers

  • Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions

  • Document all calls received in system-based call log

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
