As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customer base, troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and other devices


• Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty


• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions


• Manage time, resources, and territorial considerations to optimize service delivery

Requirements:

• Mechanical and electrical mindset, with a strong understanding of office equipment and technology


• Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
