Job Overview:

As a Fellow - External Communications, you will:

• Develop and execute our overall communications strategy for key areas such as executive thought leadership, earnings, AI ethics, policy, and crisis communications


• Oversee critical components of our corporate and product communications portfolio


• Ensure consistent and effective communication both internally and externally, leveraging your expertise in financial, policy, and crisis communications


• Collaborate with public company executives and other stakeholders to drive success

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience leading corporate communications for publicly traded companies


• Deep expertise in areas such as earnings, policy, executive communications, and crisis management


• Established media relationships and a strong understanding of what makes a good story for external audiences


• Familiarity with technology, platform businesses, and prior experience in the B2B SaaS and CRM space (a plus)


• A growth mindset, with a love for learning, figuring out how things work, and evolving what exists today


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to distill technical topics for broad audiences and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders


• Strong instincts and judgment, with a focus on driving results and achieving success
