Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one instruction and assistance to students in various academic subjects, including ELA, Algebra, Geometry, and more


• Work with students from diverse backgrounds who may be considered at-risk, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment


• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents through verbal, written, and email interactions


• Administer discipline fairly and maintain a respectful classroom atmosphere


• Utilize specialized software, websites, and databases to enhance student learning and track progress


• Analyze data to inform instruction and drive student academic growth and development

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Education or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)


• Minimum 1 year of experience in tutoring and/or teaching high school students


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional work environment


• Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly desirable)
