Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and maintain multiple bulk accounts by presenting approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following quality guidelines


• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and special programs


• Creates and distributes point of sale materials, rotates product, and checks vendor equipment to ensure proper operation


• Organizes and maintains backroom by stacking and arranging product, arranging returns, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment


• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, proactive pricing, and discussions on new opportunities and activities

Requirements:

• Valid in-state driver's license and excellent driving history


• Proof of insurance policy with minimum coverage requirements


• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting


• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)


• Willingness to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
