About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues and complexities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, project coordination, and customer service
- Utilize electrical expertise to drive project efficiency and resolve complex problems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, installers, and utilities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on residential solar installation electrical work and/or 500+ installs
- Master or Journeyman electrician license
- 1+ year of residential solar project management/coordination experience
- Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana)
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
