MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: To provide 245G compliant clinical services to adult men and women in the telehealth format. Services include assessments, program intakes, group therapy, individual therapy, individualized treatment plans, treatment coordination and continuum of care planning. Maintain licensure compliant documentation. Provide client centered services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes, and client safety.

JOB DUTIES:

ยท Implement clinical services as directed by the Clinical Director and required by funders and agency business plan

ยท Comply with clinical service policies and relevant agency policies

ยท Provide clinical services that are client centered, cost effective, and meet all goals/objectives within licensed required reporting periods

ยท Attend weekly Clinical Supervision as directed by Telehealth Program Manager

ยท Use evidence-based practices as directed by the Telehealth Program Manager

ยท Maintain client records that are HIPAA compliant, meet funder requirements, and are audit ready

ยท Provide back up for direct services at any location

ยท Follow all systems in place for the safety and welfare of clinical service clients

ยท Build and maintain community relationships that will directly affect clinical service outcomes, client referrals, and client care

ยท Participate and contribute to agency business plan

ยท Report and provide clinical service information to the Telehealth Program Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

ยท Current license to practice Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling (LADC or ADC-T) in a licensed out-patient setting (245G) or is exempt from licensure under MN Statute 148C

ยท Mental Health professional preferred but not mandatory

ยท BA in Human Service Field or related experience

ยท Minimum of 1-year experience in the delivery of clinical services in a 245G setting

QUALIFICATIONS:

ยท Superior skills in client centered delivery of services

ยท Superior communication and interpersonal skills

ยท Demonstrate knowledge of evidence based clinical service tools in a substance abuse model of service delivery

ยท Demonstrate a knowledge of working with a population with co-occurring issues

ยท Demonstrate knowledge of working with a diverse population

ยท Demonstrate knowledge of trauma informed delivery of services

ยท Demonstrate the practice of high ethical standards

ยท Required computer skills - Procentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
