  • *The Opportunity**

We are currently building our founding sales team and are seeking independent, commission-based sales professionals to help drive growth.

    This is a 1099, full-cycle sales role with uncapped earning potential. Representatives are responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting through onboarding.
  • *Compensation includes:**
  • 30% commission on the client’s first month subscription
  • 20% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue for up to 12 months

This structure is designed to reward both new business generation and long-term client retention.

  • *Responsibilities
  • *Prospecting and Pipeline Development
  • Identify and engage prospective customers within the land services industry
  • Execute consistent outbound outreach through phone, text, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • *Sales Execution
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s business needs
  • Clearly communicate value and return on investment
  • Manage the sales cycle through close
  • *Client Onboarding
  • Support new clients during initial setup and onboarding
  • Ensure successful activation within the first 7 days
  • Serve as the initial point of contact post-sale
  • *Client Retention and Growth
  • Maintain relationships with active clients
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure product adoption
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and referrals

    We are seeking individuals who are self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
  • *Qualified candidates will typically have:
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and video
  • The ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • A high level of personal accountability and consistency

  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based products
  • Entrepreneurial or independent contractor experience

This is a 1099, commission-based role. There is no base salary.

    Compensation is structured to reward both new client acquisition and long-term account retention.

  • 30% commission on the client’s first month subscription (paid after initial payment clears)

    A $149/month client generates
  • $44.70 upfront commission

  • Representatives who close 10–15 deals per month can generate approximately $60,000–$75,000 in year-one earnings as residual income accumulates
  • Income is directly tied to individual performance, including outreach consistency, close rate, and client retention
  • *Payment Terms
  • Upfront commissions are paid within 14 days of the client’s first successful payment
  • Residual commissions are paid monthly for all active accounts

  • Commissions are subject to a chargeback policy if a client cancels within the first 60 days
