- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing exceptional customer service
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless customer service and store operations
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals, share ideas, and solve problems
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and efficient store experience
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and offer suggestions
- Leadership skills, with experience in supervising or leading a team (desirable)
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, communication, and problem-solving

- *Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular bending and twisting to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
