Lead Dotnet Architect (Full stack-Risk & Investment Banking exp)

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10+ years in enterprise application development, ideally within asset management or investment risk systems.
• Experience with platform-level design and end-to-end delivery of production software.
• Proven record of leading engineering teams across onshore/offshore environments.

Hands-on exposure to Aladdin integration, performance attribution, or related analytics domains.

Lead remediation of Aladdin technical debt and migration of Emerging Markets attribution from FactSet to Aladdin.

Strong hands-on coding background in Go, Python, and/or C#, with the ability to dive deep into codebases and guide implementation when needed.

Deep experience designing and leading modern, scalable architectures (e.g., microservices, API-first systems, performance optimization).

Cloud & Platform Expertise

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying, operating, and scaling production systems using Azure services.

Strong API design experience, REST API, including GraphQL and JSON-based services, with an emphasis on maintainability and performance.

Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams

Experience building platform, infrastructure, or foundational services that enable multiple product teams.
