As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing production flow, and leading a team of customer service representatives.   • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
  • Manage production flow, ensuring that all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services
  • Operate equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise, including digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders
  • Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks at the same time, ensuring that all production jobs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure quality during and after the production process, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they meet their performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the training of new team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with management to reduce company costs and optimize profitability in areas of responsibility
  • Apply Quality concepts presented at training during daily activities, supporting FedEx Office Quality initiatives
  • *Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

  • Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering results
  • Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Experience with digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
