Billing Specialist – Law Firm (Part-Time, Permanent)
Location: Remote (CST hours preferred)
Schedule: 30 hours/week
Pay: $20–$25/hour
A well-established law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its team on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and proven experience in legal billing, particularly using TimeSlips software.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process client billing using TimeSlips
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Generate and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Communicate with attorneys and clients regarding billing inquiries
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- Qualifications
- Required: Experience with TimeSlips billing software
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal billing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely, preferably during CST hours
