### Key Responsibilities

Ā **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and communication protocols to ensure ethical and compliant interactions.
### Qualifications
Ā Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a demonstrable passion for exceeding client expectations.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance products.
Ā Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Ā Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills while also thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ā An active Arkansas Health/Life insurance license is required.
Ā Experience with Healthcare Marketplace plans is advantageous.
Ā Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses, with expenses covered by the employer, is a plus.

Ā **Compensation**: $20 per hour base salary, with commission opportunities making the On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceed $75,000.
