Role Description
We are actively seeking
motivated Licensed
Insurance Specialists
to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who are customer-focused, driven, and looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced agent, our program is designed to help you grow your book of business and operate independently.
Key Responsibilities
– Guide clients through insurance options including
Medicare, ACA, Group, Health, and Life
coverage
– Deliver
exceptional customer service
, responding to inquiries and assisting with claims and applications
– Process policy documentation and maintain client records in our CRM system
– Attend virtual trainings, carrier webinars, and certification sessions regularly
– Maintain communication through email, phone, and chat with clients and internal support teams
– Build and manage your personal portfolio of clients with support from our team and systems
Qualifications & Skills
–
U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents only
(must have valid Social Security and government-issued ID)
– Preferably licensed in
Health
or
Health and Life Insurance
in your state of residence
– Strong knowledge of Medicare, ACA, or other insurance lines (preferred but not required)
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRMs, carrier portals, and complete online certifications
– Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Experience in customer service, insurance, or sales is a plus
New to Insurance? No Problem.
Licensing programs are available for qualified applicants. You’ll receive full support in obtaining your license and access to onboarding tools to hit the ground running. Once licensed, you’ll have access to top carriers, resources, and mentorship. Requirements:- U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents only (must have valid Social Security and government-issued ID)

– Must be free of current upline restrictions and able to provide a
clear, unconditional release

– Must have the ability to
contract with all carriers
without limitation
– Must be comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
