• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program with success.
• Participate actively in team events and adhere to team protocols.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, home staging, and other essential listing services.
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
